Gather Data Deletion Requests

Users can request deletion of server-side Gather data by emailing DMT Entertainments at dmt2014.business@gmail.com.

What to Include

Please include enough information for us to find the relevant data, such as:

• the room code, if the request relates to an online room;
• the player nickname used in the room;
• the app-generated user or customer ID shown in the app, if available;
• a short description of what data you want deleted.

What Can Be Deleted

We delete server-side Gather room data, player nicknames, app-generated identifiers, and related app data where technically possible and legally permitted.

What May Be Retained

Some purchase, subscription, billing, fraud prevention, tax, legal, support, and platform compliance records may be retained by Google Play, RevenueCat, or DMT Entertainments when required or permitted by law or platform rules.

Local Data

Local data stored on the user's device can be deleted from Gather's settings using reset options, or by uninstalling the app.

Response Time

We aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days. If more information is needed to verify or complete the request, we may ask for additional details.
